Jedox is currently experiencing a loss of the SFTP service. Our engineering team is engaged and working to resolve the situation.

Please contact Support with a detailed description of any alternative symptoms that are being experienced to enable our engineers to assess whether it is related.
Our engineers have located the issue and are working hard to fix the problem identified as quickly as possible.
Jedox appreciates the disruption this has caused and are doing everything possible to mitigate the impact and return to a desired state.
