We would like to inform our valued users that a scheduled maintenance window has been planned for the 15th of June at 05:00 PM UTC. During this maintenance window, which is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, all auxiliary Jedox services within the cluster will undergo a necessary restart. This maintenance activity is required due to a change in the underlying infrastructure supporting these services.

Please note that this maintenance activity will exclusively affect one specific cluster located in the Germany region. As part of the restart process, the VPNs within the affected cluster will also be restarted. Following the restart, the Jedox team will conduct thorough manual checks to ensure the successful reestablishment of all VPN connections.
