Jedox is currently experiencing a degradation of service as of today, around 04 AM UTC. Our engineering team is engaged and working to identify and resolve the situation.
Cloud region that is maybe experiencing an impact: West Europe

Due to this incident, our customers may encounter latency issues while using the system.

Please contact Support with a detailed description of any alternative symptoms that are being experienced to enable our engineers to assess whether it is related.

MS Azure have located the issue and anticipate restoration of the affected instances to be available about 08 AM UTC.
