Weekend maintenance on Postgres databases from several cloud regions from 06-09-2024 10:00 CEST to 06-09-2024 18:00 CEST

We are writing to inform you about the upcoming maintenance activities planned by us for the upcoming weekend.

On Sunday Jedox will perform system updates for the SKUs on several PostgreSQL instances, in order to bring enhancements for the database environments.

Impact: all cloud instances from the affected cloud regions will lose Relational PostgreSQL connectivity during the time of the activity.

The affected services will return to the standard operations once the change is completed.
