Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance activities that Jedox will perform for your cloud region.
As part of this initiative, we will upgrade the relational PostgreSQL database in the Southeast Asia region to version 16.9. This change brings several key benefits:

- Access to New Features
- Improved Compliance with Industry Standards
- Continued Compatibility with Software & Tools
Scheduled Maintenance Window (UTC/SGT):
Date: August 25th, 2025
Time: 10:00 UTC / 18:00 SGT - 13:00 UTC / 21:00 SGT
Our Engineering team will be actively monitoring the upgrade and will be available to respond to any unexpected issues during this time.
Key Notes:
- No changes will be made to server specifications, usernames, or server names.
- After the upgrade, please verify that all systems are functioning as expected. If you encounter any issues, reply raise a ticket to us via the Jedox Customer Portal.
Downtime:
During the upgrade, the drillthrough data will be unavailable for all customers from the Southeast Asia cloud region, which can lead to the failure of ETL jobs. The monitor component of the integrator will not be accessible as well during the downtime.
Why This Matters:
Delaying the upgrade may result in:
- Performance degradation
- Exposure to security vulnerabilities
- Increased overhead from maintaining legacy systems
