We would like to inform you about the upcoming maintenance activities that Jedox will perform for your cloud region.

As part of this initiative, we will upgrade the relational PostgreSQL database in France Central region to version 16.9. This change brings several key benefits:

• Continued Compatibility with Software & Tools

Scheduled Maintenance Window (UTC/CEST):

Date: September 1st, 2025
Time: 16:00 UTC / 18:00 CEST - 19:00 UTC / 21:00 CEST

Our Engineering team will be actively monitoring the upgrade and will be available to respond to any unexpected issues during this time.

Key Notes:

• No changes will be made to server specifications, usernames, or server names.
• After the upgrade, please verify that all systems are functioning as expected.

If you encounter any issues, reply raise a ticket to us via the Jedox Customer Portal.

Downtime:

During the upgrade, the drillthrough data will be unavailable for all customers from the France Central cloud region, which can lead to the failure of ETL jobs. The monitor component of the integrator will not be accessible as well during the downtime.

Delaying the upgrade may result in:

• Exposure to security vulnerabilities
