Current Maintenance on Multiple Regions from 10-15-2026 10:07 CEST
Updates
Dear customers,
Following our investigation, we would like to provide further clarification on the cause of the service disruption and the maintenance procedures applied by the underlying cloud platform.
The disruption was triggered by maintenance activities carried out by our infrastructure service provider on the infrastructure hosting the AKS worker nodes supporting your Jedox environment. According to the cloud provider, the activities were classified as platform maintenance that does not require a virtual machine reboot. Such operations may involve mechanisms such as node freezing or live migration and are not covered by the standard advance notification process, which typically provides 7–14 days’ notice for maintenance requiring a reboot.
Consequently, our operations teams did not receive advance notification of this activity and were unable to schedule the maintenance proactively until the maintenance started.
We are actively working with our cloud service provider to establish measures that help reduce the impact of these activities on our customers and improve predictability and transparency for all Jedox customers. In parallel, we remain committed to keeping you informed as soon as we detect an issue and providing timely updates on the situation and any actions taken.
We recognize the impact this disruption had on your business operations and appreciate your feedback regarding maintenance communications. While the incident originated within the underlying cloud infrastructure, we remain committed to service reliability, transparent communication, and minimizing the impact of infrastructure-related events on our customers.
Thank you for your continued partnership and patience!
Your Jedox Team
Dear Customers,
We are currently experiencing a major service disruption affecting customer environments hosted in multiple regions.
Current Impact
Customers may experience one or more of the following issues:
- Environments responding slowly or becoming unavailable
- Instances failing to start
- OLAP and other platform services remaining in a pending state or failing to start
- Connectivity issues when accessing environments
- Intermittent service degradation across affected instances
The service disruption is due to the planned maintenance scheduled by our cloud service provider, and it uses the least disruptive maintenance mechanism available for the applicable operation, including memory-preserving maintenance and live migration where supported.
Next Update
We are continuing to work with Microsoft and monitor the situation closely. The next update will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available or the maintenance has been finished.
We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore full service.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team.
Thank you for your continued partnership and patience!
- Jedox Team
