We would like to inform you about upcoming maintenance activities that Jedox will perform on the regional PostgreSQL database.
As part of this maintenance, we will upgrade the relational PostgreSQL database in the UK South region to version 16.9.
This upgrade brings several key benefits:

Scheduled Maintenance Window (UTC/UK):
Date: July 28th, 2025
Time: 17:00 UTC / 18:00 UK – 19:00 UTC / 20:00 UK
Our Engineering team will be actively monitoring the upgrade and will be available to respond to any unexpected issues during this time.
Key Notes:
- Please ensure that a Database Administrator or PostgreSQL Subject Matter Expert is available shortly after the maintenance window to coordinate with our engineers if needed.
- No changes will be made to server specifications, usernames, or server names.
- After the upgrade, please verify that all systems are functioning as expected. If you encounter any issues, reply directly to this ticket for immediate support.
Downtime:
During the upgrade, the drillthrough data will be unavailable, which can lead to ETL jobs failure. The monitor component of the integrator will not be accessible as well during the downtime.
Why This Matters!
Delaying the upgrade may result in:

- Exposure to security vulnerabilities
- Increased overhead from maintaining legacy systems
